FEIAA closely cooperates with the Federal Executive Institute and Office of Personnel Management, but we maintain our independence as a nonprofit corporation. We are a key professional service and networking organization of Federal government executives.

FEI Programs for Senior Executives

FEI's mission is to create challenging and inspiring executive leadership development programs designed to rejuvenate and motivate government leaders for today's challenging public sector environment. FEI has a selection of programs to be offered in August, September and October that is designed specifically for senior executives or high-potential GS-15 executives who are competing for SES positions or who are being developed by their agencies as part of a succession planning program. The faculty of the Federal Executive Institute proudly announces the publication of The Trusted Leader: Building the Relationships that Make Government Work. Edited by former Dean of the FEI Faculty Terry Newell, Syracuse University Associate Professor and FEI Adjunct Faculty member Grant Reeher, and current Dean of the FEI Faculty Peter Ronayne, this collaborative effort addresses the importance of values-based leadership as well as the strategies needed to form healthy working relationships built upon trust.
