The daily responsibilities of executive work - leading effectively, delivering on projects and services, supervising staff, appeasing clients and stakeholders, and meeting the needs and expectations of their bosses - often creates overloaded situations.  Without support from above, executives can be hamstrung in their ability to lead others, deliver on services, and have overall job satisfaction.  This session will provide insights to effectively lead up the line, using strategies with the boss and other superiors; enabling executives to be more effective, better supported, and overall more successful in their jobs.

In this one hour session, participants will:

·        Explore case studies on influencing up

·        Share obstacles to influencing up

·        Learn the key foundations for leading up success

·        Discover and develop principal practices for leading up
