Leading at the Next Level Scott Eblin, Executive Coach and President, The Eblin Group
One thing we know for sure about today's world is that expectations are always changing. That's especially true for leaders taking on new roles and challenges. Different results are expected so it logically follows that even the most successful leaders will need to change some things when they move up to the next level. In this session you'll learn the behaviors and mindsets that successful leaders pick up and let go of as they advance. |
