Joseph S. Kraemer, PhD, Acting Director, Federal Executive Institute

For more than 25 years, Dr. Kraemer has advised senior management in the areas of media, telecommunications, and high technology companies. He is a retired Deloitte Consulting partner, who led that firm’s global telecommunications practice. Most recently he served as Director of LECG in Washington DC, a boutique consulting firm with offices throughout the U.S. Dr. Kraemer is also an adjunct faculty member at the Kogod School of Business at American University and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He has served as facilitator and commentator at management retreats with high profile companies focusing on the impact of competition, technology, and new product development with the associated requirements for rapid organizational and revenue growth. He has been invited to and presented at a variety of speaking engagements and has written numerous publications. Dr. Kraemer joined OPM as a Special Assistant to the Human Resources Products and Services Division. Dr. Kraemer holds Ph.D. and Masters Degrees from the University of Michigan, an MBA from George Washington University, and a BS from Georgetown University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
