FEI Happenings: FEI Footsteps classes
Share |

FEI is excited to offer two unique programs this year for continuing professional leadership development. Both are great opportunities to get out of the classroom and expand your perspective while also focusing on your own wellness—all things that help to develop your leadership capacity.

This year’s courses will explore resilience, recent events in Charlottesville, and how to build an innovative and collaborative culture like that of the Mayo Clinic. Our Footsteps classes are open not only to Leadership for a Democratic Society (LDS) alumni but also to former facilitators and all GS-15 and SES executives. If you have already participated in the LDS program, then consider this a great chance for an LDS reunion; if you haven’t taken the LDS course, then this is a terrific opportunity to see what the Center for Leadership Development has to offer.
