 SECTIONS:

Registration is open for this year’s Executive Forum on May 21, 2019. The theme of the forum is “The 2020 Federal Executive Leader: Integrate, Innovate, and Motivate with Purpose and Integrity.” Distinguished speakers will focus on the topics of (1) connecting in a virtual world, (2) mastering strategic forgiveness, and (3) understanding tight and loose cultures—providing new insights and practical tools for strengthening leadership skills. Attendees will also hear from a panel of career senior executives and Qualifications Review Board members who will provide advice, tips, and tools on preparing for and getting into the Senior Executive Service.

The one-day training and development event will be held at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. This event is open to FEIAA members (register now to receive the early bird rate!) and to your colleagues across government. Agencies can also send groups and receive a group rate for this training event.

Here’s what attendees from the 2018 Forum had to say:

  • Great topics for the current times.
  • As with last year's forum, learned a lot that can be applied professionally and personally.
  •  Great reinforcement and new ways of looking at leadership.

We hope to see you in 2019 for more insights, leadership education, and networking!
