Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association (FEIAA) members have asked for insights from senior executives on the nuts and bolts of preparing Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs)—Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. They have also inquired about the Qualifications Review Board process. The 2019 FEIAA Executive Forum will offer an SES panel session on these topics.

The session will include five SES Federal executives and a Qualifications Review Board member. Panelists will share their personal experiences and insights on the ECQ preparation and review processes.

The SES panel is designed to be an informal conversation and discussion during which the moderator will be asking individual panel members to speak of their SES journey and experiences in responding to the ECQ competencies. Forum attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the panelists and others during the session!
