WE NEED YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS TO FEIAA’S 2019 WEBINAR SERIES! We’re looking for your passion and expertise as a webinar presenter or panelist. The Program & Events Committee is launching a new focus for our 2019 webinar series. The committee will emphasize the five Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs): Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. Other topics relevant to the Senior Executive Service (SES) will also be presented. Consider how you might contribute to these webinars either by presenting your talents or by recommending someone with expertise in these core areas.

The strength of our webinar series relies on FEIAA members’ help and involvement. Topics covered in the series are based on member requests and recommendations. These are:

• Developing “executive presence”
• Leveraging FEI training back at the office
• Learning about the government budgeting process
• Defining “executive-level experiences”
• Writing ECQs and developing qualifications
• Providing positive examples of ECQs
• Presenting lessons learned on successes and failures along the SES road
• Working in a “political” environment

We look forward to your positive response. Maybe you have a unique idea for a presentation based on your own experiences. We need your contributions.
