The Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association is the exclusive network of graduates of FEI executive training programs.

Our mission is to augment and extend the FEI experience for current and aspiring government leaders through leadership development, training and networking.

We offer our 600+ members the opportunity to continue the FEI experience in the months and years after graduation — the professional training, personal development, individual connections, social opportunities, and more.

Our core services to FEIAA members include: 

• Executive training and professional development opportunities throughout the year, including our annual Executive Forum; 

• Social and networking events - ranging from happy hours to group dinners to VIP tours - with fellow federal executives from across government; 

• Volunteer leadership opportunities - Join one of our committees to coordinate FEIAA's events, activities, and communications. Be an FEIAA leader and help drive the connectivity and professional development for your colleagues across government;

• Stimulating leadership ideas and resources through our publications and website;

• A members-only social network that allows you to connect with fellow FEI graduates across government.

FEIAA's Relationship to FEI

FEIAA formed 50 years ago (1970) when a dedicated group of senior leaders wanted to continue the connections and development they started during their FEI experience. FEIAA gives FEI alumni the opportunity to stay connected to classmates, network with other FEI alums across government, and keep ties to FEI through news and training opportunities.
