Michelle Pinckney, LDS 499
Director of Partnerships

Dr. Michelle Y. Pinckney is a graduate of FEI LDS499 LDT1 on April 7, 2023. She has been employed with the Department of Veteran Affairs for the past twenty-three years and is currently employed in the role of Chief Nurse for Mental Health. She has previously served in the role of Nurse Practitioner for Mental, Nurse Manager for Mental Health, Case Manager, and Staff Nurse.

She considers herself a lifelong learner. She completed a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) post-MSN degree in December 2017 from the University of Cincinnati and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Executive Leadership in June 2015 from Capella University. Prior to that, she completed a post-MSN degree in 2012 at Kaplan University in Nursing Administration and an MSN in 2009 from South University in Nursing Education. 

She is originally from the state of South Carolina.
