What’s Your CXQ?

No, that’s not a typo. I am talking about your connectional intelligence quotient (CXQ). This concept has been around for several years. It was first introduced by Erica Dhawan in her book Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence. Think of CXQ as networking on steroids.
